How does your consulting work?

Your engagement is tailored specifically for your needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to company culture or learning and development, so I’ll work with you to understand your pain points and suggest courses of action.

How long does an engagement last?

Timelines depend on the type of engagement and can be as short as a single meeting covering one or more topics, consulting on a particular topic like learning systems or instructional design, or as long as a multi-month curriculum that covers one or more management or leadership competencies in depth.

What are your prices?

Pricing is based on the scope of the engagement and/or number of participants. For training, tiered pricing is available, so the more people you include the more cost-effective (and fun!) it is.

What does a training program include?

All programs are completely customizable, but all of them include a consultation to discuss your pain points, needs, or desired outcomes. Then, you’ll receive a pre-training assessment to send to your participants, which will help focus the training on the areas of highest need. I’ll design a tailored program, discuss it with you for feedback, and once we’re aligned, we can begin scheduling. Training programs generally include a lecture component (a meeting with a slideshow, breakout rooms, group participation, etc.) and a workbook with exercises, challenges, and tips that participants can take with them after the training that will help them integrate training concepts into their daily work. I recommend scheduling a post-training debrief or reflection meeting, and your participants will receive a post-training assessment. I’ll also work with you to help develop metrics, KPIs, or skill-linked outcomes so you can measure progress over time, and show the value of learning and development in your organization.
