I’ve spent 20 years building and scaling IT organizations at companies like Twitter, Tinder, Netflix, Snap, and Docker.

At every stop, the work that mattered most was developing people — designing onboarding programs, coaching leaders, building feedback cultures and learning ecosystems, and creating the conditions where teams actually perform. That pattern became a thesis. I’m now pursuing a Doctorate of Education at the University of Southern California researching how leadership behaviors shape working environments that drive sustained high performance. I also founded Leadership Bootcamp, a structured leadership development practice, and I write about leadership and organizational performance.
