My passion is helping to create company cultures that employees don’t want to leave.
I’m the founder of Leadership Bootcamp, where I consult on the application of management and leadership theory with the mission of improving workplace culture and performance.
I’m also a doctoral candidate at the University of Southern California where I study organizational change and leadership, and I’ve been a leader and consulted at some of the most recognizable companies in the world.
